Custom Design Request Form

Please read all of the following before filling out the form. Thank you!

This round of booking – January, February and March – I will be focusing on nature themed subject matter. Preferred projects include floral designs, birds, owls, leaves, crystals, antlers, herbs, animal skulls, sea shells etc. Full color, black and gray or dotwork are all beautiful and I’m happy to do any of them!

I absolutely love 19th century botanical and bird illustrations and I’m very excited to include as much as I can in my work. If this interests you, I have some available designs for you to check out in my Instagram highlights. I also will be taking submissions for ornamental blackwork and american traditional. If you are interested one of my available designs you can book your appointment online right away at the available design gallery

Unfortunately I am unable to tattoo the rib/side area due to degenerating discs in my back. Tattooing that area requires me to sit in a very weird, twisted position for hours and I have found it’s something I just can’t do to my body anymore. My apologies! I will tattoo most other places with the exception of fingers, toes, palms, soles of the feet and neck.

In cases where I need a tracing of your body part or see an existing tattoo in person to design a cover up, we will also set up a time to meet prior to your appointment via email. Deposits are required at the time of booking. No designs or appointment dates/times are held without a deposit. Due to the amount of requests I will not be able to respond to every submission. Please, please don’t take this personally, it’s just very difficult to respond to every email I receive! If two weeks go by and you haven’t heard from me, chances are I may not feel I am the person best suited for your tattoo idea. I try to accommodate as many new clients as possible but I am only one person and have only so many time slots. I’m trying my best though!

Pricing Guidelines

Smaller, single session projects are flat rate with a deposit of $100. Palm sized projects completed in a single session are typically between $100 and $200 depending on detail. Roughly hand sized projects completed in either one or two sessions are typically between $200 – $400 depending on detail. Large, multiple session projects are charged at $300 per session and require a $200 deposit. Each session will be 2 to 3 hours long. Although the stated hourly rate is $150, I like to leave some wiggle room if I am concentrating on a specific part of your tattoo and not quite ready to stop when the clock runs out. I feel having a set rate eliminates charging surprises and keeps me from stressing out about finishing in a strict block of time! All future appointments for multiple sessions will be set at the same time to ensure your tattoo is completed in a timely manner. Please be sure to have your calendar handy for planning. Multiple sessions are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart to allow healing time. Once design and placement are determined, I can provide you with a ballpark estimate.

Payment at the conclusion of each session is payable in cash only. Your deposit will go towards the cost of your tattoo at your last session.
